[Biovendor] Corticosteroid-Binding Globulin Human ELISA (#RD192234200R)

 Biotin Labelled Antibody, up to now supplied ready-to-use, will now be supplied as a concentrate (100x); 

 volume of the Dilution Buffer supplied in the kit has been increased from 75 ml to 100 ml;

 calibration range has been shifted from 200-3,13 ng/ml to 100-1,56 ng/ml;

 recommended starting sample dilution has been changed from 1000x to 2000x;

 incubation with the Substrate Solution has been shortened from 15 min to 10 min.
