이 제품은 FCM(Flow Cytometry) antibody cocktail로, 다음 세 가지 항체로 구성되어 있습니다.
CD3는 CD3γ, CDδ, 2개의 CD3ε로 이루어진 heterotetrameric protein)이며, TCR과 복합체를 형성합니다. OKT-3 항체는 human CD3ε를 인식합니다. human CD3는 T 세포와 NKT 세포 표면에 발현됩니다.
CD4는 Leu-3 또는 T4라고도 불리며, 단일 사슬의 single-chain type I transmembrane glycoprotein입니다. 주로 T 세포와 단핵구/대식세포 표면에 발현됩니다. T 세포에서 CD4는 TCR/CD3와 복합체를 형성하여 T 세포 면역에서 중요한 역할을 합니다. HIV의 표적은 CD4+ T 세포이며, HIV 감염 후 CD4+ T 세포 수의 감소가 면역 결핍의 주요 원인이 됩니다.
CD45는 단일 사슬의 제1형 막관통 당단백질입니다. 적혈구와 혈소판을 제외한 거의 모든 조혈세포에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, 혈액 백혈구의 공통 표지자로 사용됩니다. CD45는 receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase로서, B 세포 및 T 세포 신호 전달에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.

FITC is designed to be excited by the Blue laser (488 nm) and detected using an optical filter centered near 530 nm (e.g., a 525/40 nm bandpass filter). PE is designed to be excited by the Blue (488 nm), Green (532 nm) and Yellow-Green (561 nm) lasers and detected using an optical filter centered near 575 nm (e.g., a 585/42 nm bandpass filter). PerCP/Cyanine5.5 is designed to be excited by the blue laser (488 nm) and detected using an optical filter centered near 675 nm (e.g., a 690/50 nm bandpass filter). |
