이 CRISPR 기반 library는 Yarrowia lipolytica의 56개 transcription factors를 표적으로 하도록 설계되었으며,이 전사인자들의 발현을 제거(knockout)하거나 조절(modulation)할 수 있게 해줍니다. 이 library는 각 transcription factor의 native promoter)를 서로 다른 강도의 alternative promoters로 교체함으로써, Y. lipolytica 내에서 해당 transcription factor의 발현 수준을 정밀하게 제어할 수 있도록 합니다. 따라서 해당 library는 knockout, activation, inhibition 등의 목적으로 활용될 수 있습니다.

The TUNEYALI library facilitates the optimization of Y. lipolytica by targeting 56 transcription factors (TFs) and modulating their expression levels. Using a high-throughput screening platform, strains with optimal performance can be efficiently identified.
