최근 몇 년간 면역관문(immune checkpoint) 은 항암 면역 반응을 증강시키는 치료 전략으로 임상적 승인을 받아 왔습니다. Immune checkpoint 분자를 과발현하는 stable cell line는 신약 발굴, 개발, 그리고 제조 공정에서의 QC batch release 단계에 이르기까지 폭넓게 활용되고 있습니다. GenScript는 면역치료제 연구 및 임상 적용을 가속화하기 위해, human, mouse, cynomolgus monkey 유래의 가장 대표적인 co-inhibitory 및 co-stimulatory Immune checkpoint  분자를 과발현하는 stable cell line 제품을 개발하였습니다.
