①Deparaffinize and hydrate.
②Apply adequate Hematoxylin and incubate for 5 minutes.
③Apply adequate Bluing Reagent and incubate for 10-15 seconds.
④Apply adequate Eosin Y Solution (Modified Alcoholic) and incubate for 2-3 minutes.
⑤Clear and mount.
